The operating model identifies intent, project, deliverable and required data, then routes the work to the appropriate specialist role.

Evidence before confidence.

Changing facts are verified, assumptions are separated from facts and unresolved gaps stay marked as pending confirmation rather than being filled silently.

Autonomy has explicit boundaries.

Research, analysis, drafting, calculations and authorized deliverables can be handled directly. Publishing, contacting, buying, signing, submitting or operating accounts requires concrete authorization and capability.

The architecture was simplified from an earlier 20-agent inventory.

The current operating model consolidates overlapping responsibilities into 17 operational roles while preserving useful functions and adding explicit ownership for evidence, family organization, healthcare navigation and provider operations.
