Retail Digitalization — a discovery-first website concept for a jewelry business operating across three physical locations with fast-changing, store-specific inventory.

The website is designed as a discovery layer, not a promise of real-time inventory. Customers browse the style, category or brand, then continue through WhatsApp to confirm availability and location.

The visual above is a portfolio concept, not a completed product catalog or live inventory interface. It demonstrates the recommended customer journey and information structure.

Problem

Three locations plus fast-changing inventory make a full e-commerce promise risky.

Without centralized real-time inventory, a conventional checkout experience can create a mismatch between what a customer sees online and what is actually available in a specific store.

Product decision

Use the site for discovery and qualified conversations, not checkout.

The recommended first version organizes products by collection, brand and freshness, then routes interested customers to WhatsApp or a physical store to confirm the piece and location.

Conversion model

Turn social attention into a clearer retail funnel.

The customer journey is designed as Instagram → Website → Discovery → WhatsApp → Store visit or sale, giving the business a stronger digital home without pretending every product is continuously synchronized.

Operating model

A digital catalog that respects how the business actually operates.

The concept separates the customer-facing experience from the future staff workflow required to keep product discovery current. The immediate value is a curated website with store information and strong WhatsApp conversion. A later internal publishing workflow could make it easy for staff to add a piece, assign brand/category/store and change its status without turning the project into a full inventory-management platform.
